LIQUID IMMERSION COOLING FOR COMPUTING EQUIPMENT

The IT industry is responsible for a significant share of global electricity use. According to the International Energy Agency, data centre operations together with the data transmission network are responsible for over 2% of the global electricity consumption in 2020 [1] With sizeable growth expected in the industry, this share is expected to rise.
