As you may be aware, the Lubricant Oracle has had some feature updates. With these updates, we can now upload case studies and assign them to the relevant products for our customers to see.
We are excited to start using this functionality for our industrial products. This page is here for you to provide your case study information in the form below. The Industrial Brand Team will then take this content and create an engaging case study.

Case study template
We have already started creating case studies for the Lubricant Oracle. Please see some examples of best practices here. We have designed a case study template for all case studies to follow. This template allows us to be efficient, present the case study engagingly, and ensure that customers can easily take away key information.
Process

- Our Case Study Team within our Marketing and communications will take your inputs to produce an engaging and technically accurate case study within our brand guidelines.
- Provide as much detail as you can, this will enable faster production and completion. You can see the type of information we are looking for here.
- If you have any supporting information (quotes, client waivers, savings calculations images, etc.), please send these to casestudyteam@castrol.com.
- All case studies submitted inti our global process will be produced in English. Regional marketing teams can localise case studies from the point of completion.
- Submissions can be made in local language, but the final case study will be in English.
- If your submission includes savings or benefits figures, please provide details of your calculations using this form . Once the form has been submitted please send the completed claims document to casestudyteam@castrol.com.
