- If you have any supporting information (quotes, client waivers, savings calculations images, etc.), please share those also to CaseStudyTeam@castrol.com. Remember that if you make any hard claim in your case as monetory savings, we will need the waiver for legal reasons. Otherwise, we could still proceed with the case creation but disregarding that claim.
Our agency will then take the content and create a case study in line with the template, ensuring it is engaging and flows well while adhering to the new Reignite guidelines, always with Castrol technical & branding approval. They will also keep you informed and provide you with a copy once the case is ready and in the Lubricant Oracle.
