Full Official Rules, Terms & Conditions (T&C)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES PORTION OF THE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE. BY ENTERING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Eligibility: BP Lubricants USA Inc.’s Castrol WNBA NBA Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 for residents of NE & AL) (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. Employees of BP Lubricants USA Inc. (“Sponsor”), Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”) including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period and Sweepstakes Entry Pools: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2025, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of a rebate offer linked to purchase (“Rebate”), and sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) which consists of thirteen (13) weekly entry pools and two (2) Grand Prize entry pools, as listed in section b. below. The Rebate request must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025, and received by October 7, 2025. The Sweepstakes entries must be received by the deadlines listed in the Weekly Entry & Drawing Chart and the Grand Prize Entry & Drawing Charts below. :

a. Weekly Entry Pools - The thirteen (13) separate weekly entry periods each begin on at 12:00:01 AM ET on Tuesday and end at 11:59:59 PM ET the following Monday of each week during the Promotion Period (each, a “Week”), except the last Week which will end on the Tuesday as listed below. All entries received during any Week in accordance with the Weekly Entry & Drawing Chart below will be entered into that Week’s random drawing pool (each, a “Weekly Entry Pool”):

4. How to participate in the Promotion:

a. How to receive a Rebate.

i. Purchase: One (1) 5 Qt. Jug OR Five (5) 1 Qt. bottles OR Oil Change, of any Castrol full-synthetic product from the list of eligible products.

ii. Eligible products for purchase or Oil change: Castrol GTX Full Synthetic, Castrol GTX Full Synthetic High Mileage, Castrol EDGE, Castrol EDGE High Mileage, Castrol EDGE Extended Performance, Castrol EDGE Euro.

iii. To receive your Rebate (and an auto entry into the Sweepstakes): Visit www.castrolpromotion.com (“Website”) and follow the directions to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of your original receipt showing the location (including address), specific eligible product, price paid, receipt total and date of purchase (which must be made during the Promotion Period). Once verified, entrant will receive $10 Virtual Reward Card awarded as an American Express® Virtual Reward Card through email and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Valid proof of purchase or oil change clearly showing the eligible Castrol product is required.

b. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

i. To enter the Sweepstakes with purchase: Entrants who (submit a Rebate per the instructions in Official Rule #4 above, upon eligibility verification by Sponsor, will automatically receive one (1) entry in the applicable Week’s Weekly Entry Pool and one (1) entry into the applicable Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously (based on the date of submission in accordance with the Weekly Entry & Drawing Chart and Grand Prize Entry & Drawing Chart as set forth in Official Rule #3 above. Once the entry form and photo of your receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified by Sponsor or Administrator, entrant will receive an entry confirmation email. Limit of one (1) Qualifying Purchase per receipt/entry, and limit of one (1) receipt/entry per person during the entire Promotion Period. For purposes of the Promotion, a valid entry occurs when Sponsor/Administrator’s server records the entry information resulting from the entrant selecting the “SUBMIT” button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

ii. To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase (“AMOE Entry”): To enter without making an eligible product purchase, Entrants must handprint their full name, street address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), and e-mail address on a 3"x5" postcard/paper and mail in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Castrol WNBA NBA Sweepstakes, c/o Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., P.O. Box 4006, Dept R13887, Grand Rapids, MN 55730. To be entered into each Weekly Drawing, each AMOE Entry must be postmarked by the “AMOE Entry Must Be Postmarked By” date and received by the “AMOE Entry Must Be Received By” set forth in the Weekly Entry & Drawing Chart in Official Rule #3 a. above. To be entered into the Grand Prize Pools, each AMOE Entry must be postmarked by the “AMOE Entry Must Be Postmarked By” date and received by the “AMOE Entry Must Be Received By” set forth in the Grand Prize Entry & Drawing Chart in Official Rule #3 b. above. No mechanical reproductions or stamped entries permitted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, postage due, mutilated, stolen or damaged mailing of any entry request. Upon receipt of the mail-in entry, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Sweepstakes random drawing pool based on the date of receipt. Confirmation of receipt of entry will be sent to entrants who enter via the mail-in method of entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries received for any person will be void. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes.

5. Weekly and Grand Prize Random Drawings: There will be 10 Weekly Winners selected from among each Weekly Entry Pool entries received for a total of 130 Weekly Winners during the entire Promotion Period, to be selected in random drawings (10 per Weekly Entry Pool); and one (1) Grand Prize Winner selected from among each Grand Prize Entry Pool entries received, for a total of two (2) Grand Prize Winners during the entire Promotion Period. The Weekly random drawings will occur the “Random Drawing On” date listed in the Weekly Entry & Drawing Chart in Official Rule # 3 a. above. Non-winning entries from any Weekly Entry Pool shall be carried over to subsequent Weekly Entry Pool random drawings. Limit one (1) Weekly Winner per person during the entire Promotion Period, but any Weekly Winner is still eligible to be a Grand Prize Winner. Each Weekly Winner will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible Weekly Entry Pool entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Pool, to be conducted by the Administrator. Each potential Weekly Winner will be notified by email on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. The potential Weekly Winners must respond to the winner notification email message within 48 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Weekly Prize and the Weekly Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. The potential Weekly Winners will receive an email notification with instructions on how to redeem their Weekly Prize. Odds of being named a Weekly Winner depend on the number of eligible entries received in each applicable Weekly Entry Pool.

The Grand Prize random drawings will occur the “Random Drawing On” date listed in the Grand Prize Entry & Drawing Chart in Official Rule #3 b. above. Non-winning entries from the first Grand Prize Entry Pool WILL be carried over to the final Grand Prize Entry Pool’s random drawing. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Winner per person during the entire Promotion Period. Each winner will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Entry Pool entries received during the applicable Grand Prize Entry Pool, to be conducted by the Administrator. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. The potential Grand Prize winners must respond to the winner notification email message within 48 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize and the Grand Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. Odds of being named a Grand Prize Winner depend on the number of eligible entries received in each applicable Grand Prize Entry Pool.

THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”) – Two (2) Grand Prizes – The Grand Prize to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner selected in the first Grand Prize random drawing on or about August 26, 2025, is a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to the 2025 WNBA Finals presented by YouTube TV in October 2025 (final dates to be as announced by the WNBA) to a destination to be announced by the WNBA (“Destination”). Trip includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to the Destination; 2-night consecutive hotel accommodations at the Destination (one standard room/double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to the WNBA Finals presented by YouTube TV game in on the specific dates to be announced by the WNBA some time in 2025. ARV: Up to $4,000. 

The Grand Prize to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner selected in the second Grand Prize random drawing on or about October 8, 2025, is a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to NBA All-Star 2026 from February 13, 2026, through February 15, 2026. The trip includes round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; 3-night consecutive Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA (one standard room/double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to: (a) Castrol Rising Stars (Friday); (b) the Kia Skills Challenge (Saturday), and (c) the NBA All-Star 2026 (Sunday), and a meet & greet with Giannis Antetokounmpo, NBA All-Star. ARV: Up to $6,000. 

Trip must be on dates specified by Sponsor, or will be forfeited and go unawarded. Once arrangements are made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules (including but not limited to ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, meals, and gratuities) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The trip is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If the winner decides not to take a guest on the trip, no credit or refunds will be awarded. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. The winner’s guests must complete and return liability and publicity release within the time specified. The winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 if a resident of NE & AL). Valid credit card and government identification required upon hotel check-in. Sponsor is not responsible if the meet & greet or any other game or event is postponed, cancelled or rescheduled and in such an event, the Grand Prize winner will not receive the postponed, cancelled or rescheduled meet & greet, game or event portion of the prize and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for paying hotel incidental charges. Additional air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included and are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. In the event the Grand Prize winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare, and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. The winner will not receive a difference between actual and approximate retail value. 

One hundred thirty (130) Weekly Prizes (thirteen (13) per Weekly Entry Pool) – A $50.00 NBAStore.com e-gift card. ARV: $50.00 each. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize winner per person during the entire Promotion Period. E-gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on or accompanying the card.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total ARV of all prizes for the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion is $16,500.

7. How to Claim the Prizes: The potential Grand Prize winner will be sent via email link an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively, “Release”) and will be required to complete and sign the Release via email within seven (7) business days of being notified to claim his/her/their Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the potential Grand Prize winners and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify a Grand Prize winner based on the results of such background check(s), if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such Grand Prize winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor. Factors that may result in disqualification as a winner include, without limitation, any winner having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc., or any other legitimate reason in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Administrator. If a potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the required document within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

All Weekly Prizes will be awarded to eligible Weekly Prize winners complying with these Official Rules within 2 to 4 weeks after Weekly Prize winner completes the steps requested in the winner notification and verification email. Undelivered/return of any Weekly Prize email will result in disqualification and the Weekly Prize will be forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

8. Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, including but not limited to Sponsor and Administrator, from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability of any nature, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this Promotion.

Participants in this Promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

9. General Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. The inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to fully seek damages from any such person permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Promotion, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated.

11. Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Texas state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Texas law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Texas, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Texas. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Texas; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

12. Data Collection: Entrants agree that information collected from entrants in connection with the Promotion shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.castrol.com/en_us/united-states/home/privacy-statement.html.

13. Winners List: For the list of Winner’s names (available after October 14, 2025), send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, Castrol WNBA NBA Promotion Winners, c/o Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., P.O. Box 4006, Dept R13887, Grand Rapids, MN 55730.
