Um zu verdeutlichen, dass Castrol EDGE ultimative Leistung* bietet, haben wir die berühmtesten Straßen und Rennstrecken der Welt in einem weltweit führenden Rennsimulator befahren. Die Strecken wurden so ausgewählt, dass das Öl im Hinblick auf die 7 entscheidenden Faktoren belastet wird.*
Anhand der gewonnenen Daten wurden reale Fahrzyklen für einen Testmotor erstellt. Die Kombination von Straßen und Rundstrecken wurde 120-mal abgefahren, um ein erweitertes Ölwechselintervall von 30.000 km zu erreichen.
