This copper-coloured, high temperature assembly paste for thermally loaded screw connections and fits has excellent separating ability at temperatures up to + 1100°C/ + 2012°F. It prevents burning, welding or scaling of connections even for lengthy time periods.

Castrol Optimol Paste TA for screw connections up to + 1100°C/+ 2012°F is used as assembly paste and prevents seizing, welding or scaling. It ensures a good separating and sealing effect in high temperature and wet environments and also under the influence of aggressive media.

A multi-purpose spray oil with good penetrating, rust-dissolving and corrosion protection properties, Penetrat WDP is used in production plants and workshops where it dissolves rust on seized screws, nuts, roller bearings, pulleys, bolts and spring leaves. It provides short-term rust prevention and corrosion protection for machine elements, wire ropes and tools.

Brake Fluid

These thermally stable synthetic lubricants are designed for high temperature lubrication (up to +200°C/+390°F depending on viscosity) in severe environments where the use of mineral oils or conventional synthetic oils would result in excessive wear, carbonization and residue formation.

Castrol Cooledge BI is a non-phenolic, general purpose soluble cutting fluid for use in a wide range of machining operations with a variety of materials, and is particularly suitable for use with steel and cast iron components.

Lathe Bed Lubricant

Castrol Rustilo DWX 31 is a mobile liquid that easily displaces water, leaving a clear oily based film so the protected components can be easily assembled without cleaning processes. It is equivalent to MIL-C-16173D Grade P-2.

This high quality soft film rust preventive leaves a powerful protective film on evaporation and has good water displacement properties. Suitable for severe conditions, it is medium- to long-term protective and is recommended for the treatment of machine tools and for tools for factory stores or shops prior to storage.

A powerful solvent deposited corrosion preventive with good dewatering properties, Rustilo DWX 33 leave a firm, greasy, protective film on evaporation. As a long-term protective it suits the treatment of steel exposed to the open air; such as coiled steel sheet, strip bar and extruded steel, exposed gearing and wire ropes.
