Transferring bulk lubricants efficiently and effectively requires lubrication equipment that is functioning properly. The Castrol® Equipment Department consistently strives to offer and provide the highest-quality equipment available on the market today.
Unfortunately, all equipment will fail at some point. Typical causes include damage, age, lack of maintenance, or even mechanical failure. A single, out-of-commission bulk oil or grease pump can bring equipment maintenance to a halt without notice. Rebuilding a bulk oil pump may take days or even weeks to complete.
The Castrol Equipment Department offers a trade-in program that allows Castrol customers to trade-in select lubrication equipment items for new or rebuilt items that are in stock.
The replacement item can be shipped out the same day, allowing customers to get their bulk lubricants moving again as quickly as possible. The Castrol Equipment Department can provide a call tag with the replacement item, so the customer can simply return the original item using the same shipping box.
The core trade-in can be credited towards the cost of the replacement item or the defective item can be rebuilt and returned to be used as a backup in the event of a future equipment failure.
Please note that the Castrol Equipment Department can rebuild most bulk oil pumps, hose reels, and mechanical meters that are repairable.
