CASTROL HD FOCUS NEWSLETTER SURVEY RESULTS

Thank you to everyone who completed last month’s survey regarding the Castrol HD Focus newsletter. With 73 individuals responding to the survey, we were able to get a better understanding of how well the newsletter is being received. Some highlights of the survey include:

  • 51% of the respondents stated that they “always read the newsletter”
  • 59% of the respondents find the information in the newsletter to be very relevant:
  • Castrol Product News is the most important section to readers
  • The newsletter should continue to be distributed quarterly
  • Layout (ease of navigation through the newsletter) ranks highest in reader satisfaction
  • Comments and ideas shared by the respondents include OEM updates and sales tips, distributor success stories, and having more relevant topics about the wider industry.

 

Congratulations go to Mike Grivna and Paul Haloulos who both won an autographed Britney Force die-cast model dragster in a random drawing of survey participants.
