IMO 2020

VGP

The Vessel General Permit (VGP) states that all vessels in the waters of the United States must use Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs) in all oil to sea interfaces. Castrol’s range of EALs ensure you stay compliant at all times.

ECA

Since 2015, fuel sulphur levels in Emission Control Areas (ECAs) have been restricted to <0.1% sulphur unless scrubbing technology is adopted. Our specially designed cylinder oils help you meet compliance targets.
