Andy Savva, The Garage Inspector

Andy has been involved in the automotive industry for 35 years owning & managed successful garages as well as winning the "The National Independent Garage of the Year". 

 

He was elected Fellow of The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), and also served five years on The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation Board (IAAF) as a council member and Vice President.

 

Andy is now running an Aftersales Consultancy practice working with both retail and aftermarket organisations, specifically in the garage sector. He launched a series of 1-day business training courses specifically for the independent garage sector.

Rebecca Pullan M.D., Carmaster in Harrogate

A family business with a team of 12 very talented full-time staff. Regular writer in the Aftermarket magazine. Rebecca is passionate to create (and constantly working towards) a business that reflects all her personal values; education, mental and morale support.  She places equality, fairness and environmental issues at the core of her business. She focuses on supporting all employees even if this ultimately will mean leaving us.

She is a proud mother to two excellent adult children. Enjoys playing Bridge and loves a glass of Chardonnay.

Barry Parker, BTE Automotive in Hampshire

Barry is an experienced automotive industry professional, website designer and marketing specialist. Barry has developed his passion for the automotive industry, media and marketing into three successful businesses that focus on high levels of customer engagement. A trained vehicle technician, the Hampshire based business owner has worked closely with Castrol on the development and implementation of its pioneering EVHC and IWS program.

 

Barry’s family operated and award-winning company BTE Automotive operate over two separate workshops and employ a team of 16.
