Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I measure and dispense oil into the engine?
We recommend using a clean measuring cup and pouring oil into the engine through a funnel. There are funnels on the market that can also provide measurement.
The cardboard carton can be put into recycling, while the bag should be disposed of properly in the regular trash. The bag may not be recycled.
Store in a dry location on a flat surface. Do not stack anything on top of the Value Pack. Do not store in the trunk of your car.
The average oil change requirement is 5 quarts, but you should check the owner’s manual to determine how much oil you need for your particular car. There are 10 quarts in the pouch, so the typical car will get two uses. Should your car take something other than 5 quarts, we recommend you keep track by subtracting what you use from the 10 quarts and write it on the outer carton.
The average oil change requirement is 5 quarts. If your vehicle calls for more than 5 quarts, you will not have enough for two oil changes from one pack. It’s recommended you purchase individual quart bottles to make up the difference between the oil change requirement and the 10-quart pouch.
