Castrol® Duratec™ LFG outperforms many landfill gas-engine oils by maximizing uptime by safely extending drain intervals, lowering oil consumption and increasing head life. Castrol Duratec LFG was formulated to eliminate the trade off between extended-drain intervals or extended-head life. Castrol Duratec LFG’s proprietary low-ash technology was designed to maximize head life by dispersing harmful silicon deposits formed by siloxanes in landfill gas keeping valves clean and free of deposits.
