Top Up-Tips
Between servicing your machinery will consume some oil and should be checked regularly, with Top-Up oil added if required. It is important to use the same oil for Top-Up that is used in service to ensure engine protection and efficiency are maximised.It is best to add small quantities at a time when topping up as overfilling your sump can damage the engine and produce excessive smoke emissions.
If your oil level is unexpectedly high it is best to get this checked, as this may be caused by problems such as fuel dilution.
