IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY BY REDUCING MAINTENANCE DOWNTIME AND EXTENDING EQUIPMENT LIFE
- Select conveyor roll bearing greases to deliver maximum performance within this demanding operating environment and avoid damaging water washout
- Provide the most effective grease for the coiler bearing to perform under extreme pressures, force and temperature
- Supply high performance greases to improve performance and increase the life of universal joints
DECREASE CONSUMPTION OF GREASE/MORGOIL™ ON WORK AND BACKUP ROLLS AND EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE SYSTEM
- Provide high performance greases to the bearing for each roll campaign, that are able to resist water wash out and handle shock loading
- Significantly extend the life of the MORGOIL system, by improving demulsification properties
INCREASE THE LIFE OF THE BEARINGS ON THE WORK OR BACKUP ROLLS
- Reduce corrosion caused through water ingress by providing suitable greases that have high resistance to water wash out
