IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND REDUCE MAINTENANCE DOWNTIME BY INCREASING THE LIFE OF CRITICAL BEARINGS IN THE COLD MILL
- Work and back up roll bearings - reduce impact of water/contamination ingress; minimise grease failure due to contamination from the cold rolling fluid and heavy/shock loads; provide enhanced demulsibility and wear protection to the back up roll circulating system
- Conveyor roll bearings in the pickling process - improve resistance to ingress of pickling fluids to reduce corrosion of bearings
- Continuous annealing furnace bearings - provide the right grease that performs under elevated temperatures
DECREASE CONSUMPTION OF GREASE / CIRCULATING OILS ON WORK AND BACK UP ROLLS
- Provide high performance greases that can withstand water and rolling fluid wash out for applications subject to high impact and shock loading - for both manual and automatic applications and fully sealed bearings
- Improve demulsification properties to significantly extend the life of the back up roll circulation system
INCREASE THE LIFE OF SPINDLE COUPLINGS
- Extend the life of spindle couplings by providing the correct lubrication film to eliminate metal-to-metal wear and resist centrifugal forces
