BRISTOL, Tennesse — For the fourth time this season John Force rolled his Castrol GTX High Mileage Ford Mustang Funny Car into the winner's circle. Force won for the 130th time in his career and moved back into the Full Throttle points lead with his dominating effort today at Bristol Dragway.

On Wednesday, April 28, 2010 Hight will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the St. Louis Cardinals game versus the Atlanta Braves.

FORCE WINS FOR 3RD TIME IN 2010

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — The winningest driver in NHRA history, John Force, made some more history at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway today. He defeated former teammate and two-time world champion Tony Pedregon in the final round for his first Summitracing.com NHRA Nationals title and 129th national event win of his career. En route to the win Force had to defeat son-in-law Robert Hight, Houston winner Matt Hagan, and daughter Ashley Force Hood to reach the final.

DISAPPOINTING DAY IN HOUSTON FOR JFR

BAYTOWN, Texas — A promising qualifying effort literally went up in smoke for John Force Racing today at Houston Raceway Park. The trio of Force owned Ford Mustangs dominated qualifying for two days winding up 1-2-3 led by a resurgent John Force, Ashley Force Hood and 2009 Funny Car champ Robert Hight.

FORCE WINS DELAYED FOUR-WIDE NATIONALS

CONCORD, North Carolina — After a nearly 24 hour rain delay it only took 4.036 seconds for John Force to win the Inaugural NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMax Dragway in Concord. Severe storms and rain forced the postponement of the final round of the historic event to Monday but that did not dampen the enthusiasm for Force as he hoisted the Wally trophy in the winner's circle.

GAINESVILLE, Florida — On race day at the 41st annual Tire Kingdom NHRA Gatornationals the three Ford Mustangs of John Force Racing were primed to make a run at getting three Funny Cars to the semi-finals. They held down three of the top six qualifying times but races are won and lost on the race track not the ladder sheet and qualifying results.

HIGHT AND FORCE TAKE IN WORLD OF OUTLAWS IN TULARE

YORBA LINDA, California — Late last Friday night 14-time NHRA Funny Car champion and 2009 NHRA Funny Car champion took in some World of Outlaw sprint car action as the guests of three time NHRA world champion Gary Scelzi. The trio of Funny Car champions settled into their seats at Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway, located 45 minutes south of Fresno, for an evening of dirt track racing and reminiscing. Scelzi's passion for dirt track racing has been growing exponentially as his two sons, Dominic and Giovanni, continue to develop as drivers.

FORCE DROPS MONDAY FINAL AT AZ NATIONALS

PHOENIX, Arizona — John Force will leave Firebird International Raceway with the Funny Car points lead and that is enough, for now, for the 14-time Full Throttle Funny Car champion. Force and veteran Jack Beckman were the first two race cars to cover the 1000 ft race track on Monday and Beckman made a smooth pass in 4.121 seconds while Force's Castrol GTX High Mileage Ford Mustang smoked the tires at about half track.
