World's first "Castrol PrimaZona" launched in Chennai - Castrol enters new segment of vehicle service
Castrol India Limited, market leader in the retail lubricants industry, today announced its entry into a brand new business stream with the launch of a new concept in motorcycle service - franchisee motorcycle workshops, called Castrol PrimaZona. The first Castrol PrimaZona was inaugurated today at 134, Mosque Street, Pallavaran in Chennai. The PrimaZona concept is part of Castrol’s marketing strategy to make a foray into the vehicle service business and this is the first center of its kind in the world.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Ravi Kirpalani. Vice President Sales, said, "Our continuous focus is on world class customer service, and through the Castrol PrimaZona we are expanding our expertise to give customers the best in motorcycle service. The Castrol PrimaZona will combine the professional and technical expertise of a franchised workshop and personal warmth and trustworthiness of an independent workshop. Castrol PrimaZona workshops will be owned and run by professionals, supported by the expertise of Castrol."
